I started in the telecommunications industry in 2000 as a customer support agent for a small company, McLeodUSA.  During my employment, I worked in numerous departments from customer support, training and development, service delivery and account management.  In 2002 I took an opportunity to work for a telecom agency, XILEC as a sales coordinator. I gained an incredible amount of knowledge about the agent channel, a variety of new products and companies and met some amazing people in those 12 years.  In 2013 I was invited to join IPitimi and I took the opportunity to help build an amazing company. I live in the greater Denver area with my family and enjoy every moment of what this life has given me.
