EDUCATION: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of General Accounting experience Knowledge of any popular ERP, General Ledger or accounting software.

KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems, processes and practices ability to understand, define and work with accounting concepts, processes and operations. Willingness to communicate with end user customers with a strong customer service orientation with a focus on establishing and maintaining a strong customer service culture. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Attention to detail, focusing on timely delivery of results.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND BEHAVIOR: Computer literate, familiar with spreadsheet and word processing applications. With above average English communication skills. Preferably with experience in MNC and/or multi-cultural setting; should be highly analytical and must be results-oriented. Has the ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines. Highly motivated and proactive, with good leadership potential and excellent interpersonal skills

Computer Programmer / Software Developer

The ideal Developer(s) should have:

  • Expert level knowledge of ASP .NET, C#, Tomcat
  • Bootstrap, Javascript, Java
  • Google Chrome, JQuery and WebSocket server and WEBRTC experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in software design, software implementation, testing and deployment
  • Experience designing web interfaces, including CSS and Javascript
  • Experience using third party UI controls
  • Proficient skills in object-oriented design and experience with unit testing
  • Experience with n-tier architectures • SQL Server knowledge is important
  • Experience with WCF/SOAP web services, both server and client side
  • Great communication skills needed to bridge gap between various stakeholders – internal and external, technical and non-technical
  • Proven ability to create useful and informative design documentation
  • Interest in staying current by learning new technologies
  • Most importantly, great problem-solving skills

Specific Duties:

  • Work across departments to collect requirements for new software applications
  • Design and implement ASP.NET applications, including user interfaces, web applications, business logic and database layers.
  • Write code to publish and consume WCF/SOAP web services
  • Maintain existing legacy applications
  • Participate in web development effort

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years user interface development
  • Minimum 5 years professional software development experience with C# and .NET 3.5,/4.0 frameworks, LINQ, WCF
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SQL Server
  • Minimum 5 years ASP.net MVC 3.5/4 development
  • Solid understanding and hands on experience with XML, XSD
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with HTML and CSS web standards, AJAX

  • As a Technical Support Representative (call center agent), you will guide customers to help resolve any phone and internet issues, and provide product support to ensure customer satisfaction.   • Experience with VoIP, SIP protocol, Broadsoft, or other Telecom Services
  • Must have at least 2 year call center experience
