Alan Pourafzal

I have been in the telecom industry for over 28 years with various roles in managing customer support, service delivery, sales engineering, and product development. 

I started working as a Field Engineer in 1991 for a company in the greater Los Angeles area installing PBX and Key Systems. In the spring of 1993, I joined a telecom company as a partner/shareholder. In 2004, we found a new company and started providing VoIP services using the Broadsoft/Cisco platform. We ultimately sold the company in 2012 where I stayed for two more years until I joined TeligentIP in 2014.

I am customer focused and passionate about my work. I am married with two boys ages 16 and 13 and have been living in Southern California since 1982. I enjoy hanging out with my close friends and taking vacations with my family.
